About Ebrahim
Ebrahim is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. A true cross-border lawyer, he is qualified thrice-over in Ireland, South Africa and England & Wales. He has also lived and worked in all three of these jurisdictions where he advised on several high profile M&A transactions.
Ebrahim advises on a range of corporate matters with a focus on private mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and fundraisings. Ebrahim has a keen interest in understanding the mechanics of the underlying business in a given M&A transaction, which allows him to craft legal strategies that align with a client’s commercial goals.
Ebrahim has broad experience on cross-border transactions and has advised clients across a range of sectors, particularly in healthcare, real estate and technology sectors.
