• Advised Urbeo Residential Fund in connection to a joint venture arrangement with Starwood Capital and Ireland Strategic infrastructure Fund (ISIF) for the establishment of a €1 billion build-to-rent residential property platform.
• Advised Pollen Street Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of tech solutions company Aryza (and subsequent sale of significant stake to Macquarie), its investment in online property auction platform BidX1, and its €300m acquisition of global mobile telecom credit company Ding.
• Advised Merck on its acquisition of Takeda’s state-of-the-art biologics plant (reported development cost of $400m) on 120-acre site in Dunboyne, Ireland.
• Advised Capitalflow on its €140m sale to bunq, the mobile-first European neobank headquartered in The Netherlands
• Advised Mercury Engineering's principal shareholders on the MBO of the group (one of largest MBOs ever in Ireland).
• Advised Moran & Bewley's Hotel Group on the €455m sale of its hotel portfolio to Dalata Hotel Group plc.
• Advised Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) on its investment in Aqua Comms (the operator of Ireland's first dedicated subsea fibre-optic network interconnecting New York, Dublin and London) and subsequent sale of that stake to D9 Infrastructure.
• Advised IPL Plastics plc (formerly One51 plc) on C$200m acquisition of its interest in Canadian plastics manufacturer IPL and US$85.5m acquisition of Belgian-headquartered tooling and plastics manufacturing business Loomans.
• Advised Arrabawn Co-op on its merger with Tipperary Co-op to create one of Ireland's largest dairy co-ops.
• Advised Glanbia plc on the spin-out of its dairy ingredients business (now known as Tirlán).
• Advised on the €310m flotation of Green REIT, the €200m flotation of I-RES REIT and the €215m secondary offering by I-RES REIT.
• Advised I-RES REIT on its €134m share placing and related matters.
• Adivised Aryza, a global provider of mission-critical automation software across the credit lifecycle, on its acquisition of Irish-headquartered Webio, a pioneering provider of conversational Al solutions.
• Advised Monument Re on its acquisition of life insurers Inora Life and Cattolica Life.
• Worked as Irish counsel for Cardinal Health, Inc. on its $6.1 billion acquisition of a Patient Care, DVT and Nutritional Insufficiency business from Medtronic plc.
• Advised principal shareholders of Powervation on its sale to ROHM Company Limited, the Japanese headquartered multinational, for approximately US$70m.
• Advised Eirtech Aviation Services on its sale to Vance Street Capital.
• Advised on various acquisitions of landmark hotels in Ireland, notably The K Club, The Marker, Mount Juliet and Temple Bar Hotel.
