About Áine
Áine is an associate on our Employment & Benefits team. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment and education law.
Áine is regularly involved in civil actions including injunctions, actions for breach of contract, employer liability claims and personal injury actions for stress and bullying.
Áine regularly reviews company policies and procedures and advises on disciplinary, dismissal and redundancy matters. represents clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and the Civil Courts on a broad range of employment issues.
