Shortlisted: Managing IP EMEA Awards 2026

Mason Hayes & Curran has received seven nominations at the 21st annual Managing IP Awards.

Our multi-award-winning Intellectual Property team has been shortlisted across five firm categories:

• Copyright & Design

• IP Transactions & Advisory

• Patent Disputes

• Trade Mark Disputes

• Trade Mark Prosecution

In addition, Head of Intellectual Property and Co-head of Dispute Resolution, Gerard Kelly SC has been shortlisted for Practitioner of the Year (Law Firms), and Associate, Adam Carr has been nominated for Rising Star of the Year. Gerard was named Practitioner of the Year in 2023, reflecting market recognition of his leadership and impact in the field.

Commenting on the nominations, Gerard Kelly said:

The Managing IP Awards programme recognises outstanding intellectual property achievements and developments across more than 50 jurisdictions worldwide.

This year’s ceremony will be hosted at the InterContinental London – The O2 on Friday 1 May 2026.
