In addition, Head of Intellectual Property and Co-head of Dispute Resolution, Gerard Kelly SC has been shortlisted for Practitioner of the Year (Law Firms), and Associate, Adam Carr has been nominated for Rising Star of the Year. Gerard was named Practitioner of the Year in 2023, reflecting market recognition of his leadership and impact in the field.
Commenting on the nominations, Gerard Kelly said:

The nominations recognise the breadth and strength of our IP offering, spanning complex patent litigation, trade mark disputes and prosecution, strategic IP transactions and advisory work, and copyright and design matters.
The Managing IP Awards programme recognises outstanding intellectual property achievements and developments across more than 50 jurisdictions worldwide.
This year’s ceremony will be hosted at the InterContinental London – The O2 on Friday 1 May 2026.
