New Of Counsel on Employment Law Team

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Avril Daly to Of Counsel on our Employment Law & Benefits team.

Avril works with employers across all stages of the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to restructuring and exit. Her priority is listening to clients, asking the right questions, and providing tailored advice that works.

Avril recently advised a multinational technology company on a large-scale redundancy, showcasing her expertise in restructuring and fair dismissals.

Avril is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Diploma in Employment Law. She also has a Masters in Law from Trinity College Dublin, and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
