We recorded our fourth annual Commercial Contracts: What’s Market? on Wednesday 10 May. Following on from the success of our 2020, 2021 and 2022 sessions on contract negotiation, market practice and what would be considered off-market, we are pleased to launch our 2023 survey of Irish and international in-house counsel.

In this episode of Let's Talk Legal, our speakers outlined our experience of “what’s market” on key contract clauses in areas such as liability caps, indemnities, ESG compliance, use of AI and more. We presented data from our own database of negotiated client agreements, as well as shared the results of the in-house counsel survey on these issues. We discussed the current legal position on these common contracting issues and gave key take-aways to assist with negotiating commercial contracts.
