Celebrating Pride 2025

We recognise and value that each staff member is unique and brings a different perspective to the firm. All of our employees have a role to play in embracing a culture of diversity and inclusion. One of our core focus areas of diversity is LGBTQ+, ensuring that we encourage each other to simply be ourselves irrespective of gender or sexual orientation.

To celebrate Pride this year, we have a great line-up of events including:

• Walking in the Dublin's Pride Parade with OUTLaw Network
• A drag bonanza music bingo event with the brilliant Victoria Secret
• A Diversity Matters lunchtime talk featuring Brian Sheehan, former Co-Director of Yes Equality, and Seamus Kearney Martone from Irish Gay Dads
• A series of insightful webinars led by VHI and Laya Healthcare, focusing on inclusion, wellbeing and allyship in the workplace
