The Department of Environment, Climate and Communications is expected to publish its Green Public Procurement Strategy and Action Plan shortly, which is intended to accelerate the implementation of green public procurement in Ireland.

At this webinar, we will examine the rules relating to the incorporation of the green criteria and consider relevant case law. We will also hear from an EU expert on the practical experience of adopting green criteria in their procurements.
