Practice Area

Cyber security is critical to every aspect of a life sciences business. It safeguards sensitive data and systems and is essential for maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust.

We help clients with understanding their cyber security obligations under new and emerging laws and assist in building compliance programmes. We also help clients prepare for and respond to cyber incidents with clear, legally robust strategies. When issues arise, our team provides rapid, sector-informed guidance to manage regulatory engagement and support recovery. Our focus is on protecting your business and reputation.

Through our establishment of the European Cyber Law Network, we manage pan-EU cyber projects and incident reporting with specialist counsel across the EU. We are also a member of Cyber Ireland, the national cyber security organisation representing industry, academia and government.
