  • Advising West Pharmaceuticals on the lease and significant fit-out of its properties at Damastown Industrial Estate, and also in connection with its acquisition of adjoining lands.

  • Advised DB Schenker on site acquisition and the procurement, design and construction of a purpose-built logistics facility within the Liffey Business Campus in Kildare.
