About Sorcha
Sorcha is a senior associate in our Financial Services team. She advises lenders and borrowers across all aspects of banking and financial services law, with a particular focus on development finance, project finance and corporate finance transactions.
Sorcha recently joined the firm after two years with a leading Australian law firm in Sydney, where she acted for both borrowers and domestic and international non-bank lenders and financial institutions lending into various sectors.
She has extensive experience managing high value debt transactions from term sheet through to financial close. Her recent work includes advising on energy sector project financings and large-scale development financings, as well as acting on acquisition, real estate and general corporate lending transactions.
