About Finn
Finn is a partner in our Tax team. Finn advises on all aspects of Irish tax with a primary focus on clients in the financial sector, including investment managers, investment banks, and institutional investors.
He has particular expertise in advising on the tax aspects of private credit transactions, CLOs, securitisation transactions across various asset classes and transactions involving Irish-domiciled investment funds, both regulated and unregulated. In addition, Finn regularly advises aircraft leasing companies on tax aspects of carrying on aircraft leasing business from Ireland.
Finn is a solicitor and a chartered tax advisor and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Taxation Institute and Irish Funds. Finn trained and worked with another leading Irish law firm before joining Mason Hayes & Curran as a partner in 2026.
