Saadi is an Associate on our Life Sciences & Consumer Product Regulatory team. He advises clients in EU, Irish and UK compliance and regulatory frameworks in the healthcare, medical device, digital health, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, software and general consumer product sectors.
He frequently advises clients on the applicable regulatory framework, regulatory approval, labelling, packaging, traceability, safety and liability issues. He has also advised clients on matters of regulatory compliance in the context of due diligence and commercial agreements, including a wide range of manufacturing and distribution agreements, collaboration agreements and commercial mandates.
Prior to joining MHC, Saadi worked at another leading Irish law firm. He has also worked for a number of years in London, Boston, New York and West Africa.
Advising various clients in the medical device and digital health sectors on various regulatory compliance matters relating to the transition from the Medical Device Directive to the Medical Device Regulation. This includes clients in the software medical devices and apps space.
Advising various clients in the consumer tech and digital health sectors on Brexit preparedness in relation to regulatory matters such as labelling, certification and the appointment of representatives and responsible persons.
Advising a wide range of clients on product liability and regulatory aspects of their commercial agreements. These include a wide range of manufacturing and distribution agreements, collaboration agreements and commercial mandates.
