Máire is a lawyer in our Financial Services team specialising in Financial Services Regulation. Máire advises on regulatory issues applying to credit institutions, insurance undertaking and intermediaries, investment firms, electronic money institutions and payment institutions. Máire also advises new entrants to the Irish market and the authorisation process with the Central Bank.

Máire advises on AML, consumer credit, fitness and probity compliance with the Central Bank and Central Bank enforcement actions.
