John is a Partner in our Corporate team. He specialises in transactional corporate matters with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital.
John has extensive experience in advising clients from set-up through to exit and advises on all aspects of the business growth cycle. John has acted for a number of significant Irish and international private equity and venture capital firms, particularly in the technology sector. John is well known by clients for his pragmatic and solutions driven approach to legal advice.
John is admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland, England and Wales.
