James Bardon


James  is a partner in our Administrative Law Team. He is a specialist in the areas of Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Public Health and Childcare Law. Within these areas, James advises in relation to the Civil Detention of Minors, Wardship, Adoption, Mental Health, Disability, Child Care, Statutory and Non-Statutory Inquiries & Statutory Complaints. 

James's recent experience has primarily involved the planning and delivery of legal advice in the areas of child care, community care, mental health, disability, public regulation, statutory complaints and other alternative dispute resolution processes, juvenile criminal justice, statutory and non-statutory inquiries and legal advocacy services at all levels of the Courts system.
