About Genevieve
Genevieve is an Associate on our Healthcare and Medical Law team. Genevieve was called to the Bar in 2016 and practiced as a Barrister at Law Library. She has a vast experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Genevieve joined Mason Hayes & Curran as an Associate in 2024 and currently specialises in the defence of High Court medical negligence claims.
Genevieve advises our healthcare clients on all aspects of healthcare law. She represents healthcare clients in the defence of medical malpractice claims with experience in handling complex high-value medical negligence claims. Genevieve is a skilled litigator who gained strong advocacy, negotiation and dispute resolution skills during her time at the bar, with experience in the Irish Civil Courts, public inquiries and at inquests.
