Emma is a Senior Associate on our Financial Services team. 

Emma has significant transactional experience, in particular in real estate finance, loan-on-loan finance and secured lending transactions. Emma also has experience in acting on large loan sales and acquisitions and in acting for lenders in acquisition finance and project finance transactions.

Emma has a wide range of advisory experience in finance and corporate matters, including experience on legal and regulatory aspects of commercial, retail and private lending. Emma also has experience in providing governance advice, holding board meetings and attending to company constitutional matters.

Emma advises domestic and international clients including financial institutions, private equity investors, corporates and private clients. Emma regularly has exposure to a diverse range of borrower structures including trusts, limited partnerships, funds and regulated entities, government bodies and co-operative societies.
