Winner of Inaugural Student Writing Contest Announced

We are delighted to announce the winner of our inaugural Student Writing Contest. Stephen Lynam from Maynooth University has claimed first prize with his essay, “How the regulation of the dot IE domain led to success for Irish business”.
The contest was open to all third level students in Ireland and the winning essay has been published on our Tech Law Blog. The blog features the latest developments in European and Irish privacy, information technology, intellectual property and Internet law and is syndicated by Silicon Republic.
Congratulations also to Denis Flynn, Trinity College Dublin, who won second place in the competition and to David Connell, Maynooth, who came third.
