Director of Client Service Appointed at Mason Hayes & Curran

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Nina Hourigan Smith as Director of Client Service. Nina, who has over ten years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, will work with clients, free of charge, to enhance the service they receive and to develop bespoke service plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

Her role involves the analysis and development of client service standards and process efficiency across the firm. She will promote the adoption of new technologies and other service innovations where these are beneficial to clients and lead training and lawyer development on service related skills.

Prior to joining the firm, Nina worked in leading commercial law firms in both Ireland and Australia and held a senior in-house role in the financial services industry.
