We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nicola Byrne as a partner in our Real Estate team. Nicola advises both public and private clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management of commercial property across various sectors.

Nicola has a strong focus on public sector real estate and advises many State agencies on property projects of strategic national importance. Nicola has specialist expertise in the bespoke nature of such property transactions and in advising on the legal and regulatory rules and codes which apply to public bodies.

Nicola also has a wealth of experience in landlord and tenant law. She has acted for developers in relation to multi-unit mixed-use and business park developments involving complex estate management structures. Nicola also has considerable experience in buying and selling substantial distressed real estate portfolios.
