We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sara O’Reilly as a partner in the firm’s Financial Services team, specialising in investment funds and asset management.

Sara has over 16 years’ experience practising as an investment funds lawyer, both in-house and in private practice. She helps clients navigate the regulatory approval process with the Central Bank of Ireland. Having worked as Head of Legal at both an AIFM and a Super ManCo, Sara has a particular focus on the establishment, regulation and operation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs.

A graduate of UCD, prior to joining the firm Sara worked in-house at an international investment management company.
