Leading Irish business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran has announced the appointment of Christine O’Donovan as their Head of International Asset Finance.
Christine’s award-winning practice focuses on international transactions in the areas of aircraft financing, big-ticket equipment financing, shipping and cross-border leasing. She advises domestic and international corporate clients, credit institutions, investors, aircraft manufacturers, international aircraft lessors, and airlines.
The International Asset Finance team was Irish counsel on the China Aviation Deal of the Year 2017 for Financing Innovation with the Export-Import Bank of China, Minsheng Financial Leasing and Asiana Airlines. The team was also lead Irish counsel on the award-winning Superjet International transaction, which received a special award from Global Transport Finance Magazine in recognition of the innovative nature of its financing and was also named Aircraft Debt Deal of the Year for Latin America.

Christine also lectures on the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance.
