We are pleased to announce the appointment of partner Melanie Crowley as our new Head of Employment Law and Benefits.

Melanie is a senior partner whose practice focuses on strategic contentious and non-contentious workplace issues. She is a go-to employment lawyer for some of Ireland’s biggest domestic and multinational companies. She advises on HR and workforce structures and also regularly appears before all employment dispute resolution bodies.

Commenting on the appointment, Declan Black, Managing Partner, said, “Melanie is a natural leader and her pragmatic and versatile approach is really valued by clients. She will lead Ireland’s largest team of employment and benefit lawyers, whose combined experience makes a real difference to clients.”

Melanie trained with Mason Hayes & Curran and has been a partner with the firm for over 10 years.
