We are delighted to announce the appointment of John Troute as a partner in our market leading Corporate team.

John specialises in mergers and acquisitions and has extensive experience in advising clients from set-up to exit and on all aspects of the business growth cycle. He has acted for a number of significant Irish and international private equity and venture capital firms, particularly in the technology and agriculture sectors.

Prior to joining, John was a Partner in another Irish law firm and is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, England and Wales. John is based in Galway and further extends the MHC service offering to its clients in the west of Ireland.
