David Mangan has been appointed as a partner in our Corporate team. David practises in the areas of company law and securities law, advising clients on corporate governance and securities regulation matters. David is pictured above, right, with David O'Donnell, partner and head of our Corporate Team.

David also advises listed and unlisted clients on transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, reorganisations, cross-border mergers and financing.

His recent work includes acting for Irish Residential Properties REIT plc on its €215m secondary offering on the Irish Stock Exchange.

David lectures regularly on topics in company law and securities law. He has contributed articles to Commercial Law Practitioner, the Irish Tax Review, the Law Society Gazette, Irish Law Times and Company Lawyer.
