We are pleased to announce the appointment of Naomi English as a Senior Associate in our Debt Recovery Team, which is led by Jason Harte.

Naomi currently manages debt collection litigation, with a focus on enforcement of security for debts. She acts for a number of high street lenders and other financial institutions.

Naomi and her team review the security and ensure our clients are compliant with their regulatory obligations. Where appropriate, Naomi also engages with debtors, negotiating sustainable arrangements on foot of up-to-date Standard Financial Statements or alternatively negotiating the voluntary surrender of the security property.
