We are delighted to have won an Allianz Business to Arts Award in 2014 with Temple Bar Gallery + Studios (TBG+S).
We were named as the winner in the category of Best Small Sponsorship – under €25,000, and were also nominated for Best Creative Staff Engagement.
The awards ceremony took place on Tuesday 9 September and the awards were presented by President Michael D. Higgins.
The Allianz Business to Arts Awards recognise businesses, artists and arts organisations that develop creative partnerships, bringing the arts and artists into mutually beneficial relationships across society.
In 2013, Temple Bar Gallery + Studios and Mason Hayes & Curran began working in partnership together to mark the 30th anniversary of Temple Bar Gallery + Studios foundation.
Since then, a cornerstone of this partnership has been the ‘Creative Generations’ Programme, which works with three schools in the Ringsend area: St Patrick’s Boys School, St Patrick’s Girls School, and Ringsend Technical Institute.
