Judith Riordan joined the firm in 2004 from another Dublin practice. She is admitted as an attorney in New York, as well as a solicitor in Ireland.

Judith has extensive experience in advising on a wide rage of solvency related issues. She regularly acts for insolvency office holders, including liquidators, receivers and examiners. She advises financial institutions in relation to solvency, restructuring and recovery issues. She also represents corporates and their directors in distressed situations and advises creditors and other stakeholders when dealing with distressed corporations.

Judith’s promotion reflects the firm’s focus on providing clients with first class advice on all solvency issues in the current economic cycle. The firm’s insolvency group comprises 3 partners and 6 other lawyers.
