Wendy practices in the areas of commercial law and contracts, particularly outsourcing, information technology, consumer law, sponsorship, advertising, data protection, EU law and business compliance. She has a particular focus on the food sector and regulated industries, such as the telecommunications sector.

Wendy rejoined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2011, after a decade of in-house legal roles. She spent several years as Group Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer for an international telecommunications company and followed by acting as retained counsel for commercial enterprises, including legal counsel with Diageo Ireland.
