Ger advises public and private sector employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He provides strategic advice on restructuring, reorganisation and general employment related matters. He regularly appears in Employment Law Fora, including the Rights Commissioner Service, the Equality Tribunal, the Labour Court, the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Circuit Court, the High Court and Supreme Court and specialises in contractual and dismissal issues with senior executives.
Ger joined Mason Hayes & Curran from another leading Irish law firm in 2012 as a Senior Associate. He is a lecturer and tutor for the Law Society of Ireland and speaks regularly at conferences on the subject of employment law and related topics.
