Practising in both contentious and non-contentious construction law, Eoin joined Mason Hayes & Curran in 2002,
and he advises banks, State bodies, developers, contractors, and construction professionals on all aspects
of construction law. Eoin has particular expertise in the areas of energy, infrastructure projects, health & safety, environmental law, planning, litigation, arbitration and conciliation.
Eoin is experienced in the renewable energy sector, having represented funders on wind farm projects in Ireland
with a cumulative value in excess of €500 million. He also provides on-going advice to wind farm developers
in relation to construction, planning, environmental and grid connection matters at the pre-development, construction
and operational stages of projects. Eoin has also lectured and spoken at conferences in Ireland and overseas
on planning and development issues in renewable energy projects.
