The appointment of Brian Horkan is part of an ongoing expansion programme in the Administrative & Public Law Unit and across the firm, with staff now numbering over 260 across their offices in Dublin, London and New York.
Brian's areas of expertise include public health law, constitutional law and administrative law. He also advise extensively on a wide variety of child law issues.
