We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Fitzmaurice as a partner on our Real Estate Team. Jamie is pictured above, right, with Kevin Hoy, partner and head of our Real Estate Team.

Jamie was previously a Senior Associate with the team and has broad experience in acting for vendors, purchasers and financial institutions in relation to the acquisition, disposal, financing and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed use multi-tenanted properties.

Jamie is also a member of our Retail Team and has acquired specialist knowledge in the areas of landlord, tenant and planning law. He advises prominent multinational and domestic retailers on all aspects of property transactions including agreements for leases, turnover agreements, licences for works and applications for landlord consent.
