We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rowena Fitzgerald as a partner in our Investment Funds and Financial Services Regulation Team. Rowena advises on the establishment, structuring and the on-going obligations of all types of collective investment schemes in Ireland as well as managing the relevant authorisation processes with the Central Bank of Ireland. She also advises investment managers, fund administrators, custodians and other related service providers on their operations in Ireland.

Rowena works with regulated entities on licensing and on-going regulatory issues and advises new entrants to the Irish financial services market, preparing and managing any authorisation process with the Central Bank of Ireland.

Rowena’s work includes advising domestic and international clients on regulatory capital requirements, anti-money laundering, fitness and probity standards, reporting requirements and compliance with guidelines and codes of conduct issued by the Central Bank of Ireland and its administrative sanctions procedure.
