Ronnie Neville, Partner on our Employment Law & Benefits team moderated a panel titled "Worker classification: challenges of outdated legislation" at the IBA Annual Employment and Diversity Law Conference 2019 on Friday 5 April.

This panel discussed the fluidity of traditional worker classification concepts and addressed the challenges of outdated legislation in a modern workplace.
