We are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Campbell as a partner in our Financial Services Law Team. Neil is pictured above with Christine O'Donovan, partner and Head of Financial Services.

Neil was previously a Senior Associate with our Financial Services team and has over 8 years’ banking experience, advising on all aspects of banking and financial services law. He advises both financial institutions and private equity funds on a range of practice areas including secured lending, commercial real estate lending, debt finance structures, corporate restructuring and loan portfolio acquisitions and disposals.

Neil’s team has worked on most of the large scale loan portfolio disposals and acquisitions over the last 2 years, acting for domestic institutions on their deleveraging programmes and real estate funds in their acquisition and subsequent work-out of distressed debt.
