EU Registration Options for NGOs

27 February 2017

Senior Associate Alice Murphy spoke at the recent EU Registration Options for NGOs event on 21 February in London.

This event was organised by Advocates for International Development (A4ID) and explored the options for registration as an NGO or social enterprise in five countries in Europe to help organisations decide which may be most suitable for them. Lawyers from Belgium, Germany, Ireland and Spain provided a summary of the key options in each country and some of the current issues to consider before registering your organisation there.

We are pleased to contribute to the A4ID guide which considers how to respond to Brexit. Click here to read the full publication.

Following the release of the guide, A4ID have now published a summary of the main points discussed. Click here to read the summary.
