Employment Law Summer School

Over the summer months, our Employment & Benefits team will share some podcasts of our recent seminars. From issues relating to technology in the workplace to dealing with bullying and harassment complaints, we focus on the key issues for HR practitioners.

Week 1: Age-Related Issues in the Workplace 

As the State retirement age is set to be increased again and the funding of pensions continues to be a focus for both the public and private sectors, we look at key considerations for employers such as age-related discrimination, challenges for employers when dealing with pensions issues and setting retirement ages.
