We are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Kevin Power as a partner in our Healthcare Team. Kevin specialises in medical malpractice litigation, regulation, healthcare and life sciences law.
Kevin has extensive experience in advising a number of Ireland’s major obstetric, general and psychiatric hospitals in both public and private sectors, for the Clinical Indemnity Scheme, and for a number of leading Irish & multinational pharmaceutical, medical device and food companies. He has particular expertise in the defence of complex high value clinical negligence cases, advocacy and product liability litigation.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Kevin qualified and then practised as a medical doctor for 6 years.
