Workplace Relations Act 2015 Seminar with Special Guest Richard Bruton TD

We were pleased to welcome guest of honour Minister for Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation, Richard Bruton TD to our seminar on the Workplace Relations Act 2015 at our offices on Friday, 2 October 2015 to discuss his views on the Act and what he hopes to achieve by its introduction. 

The Act came into effect on 1 October 2015 and introduced some of the biggest changes in employment law in Ireland in nearly 50 years. The Act marks the conclusion of over 4 years of review and public consultation and introduces new arrangements, structures, processes and procedures for dealing with industrial disputes and breaches of employment laws.

This event was chaired by Ger Connolly, Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran.
