We hosted a webinar on regulations for the registration of beneficial owners, including the new regulations requiring Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles (ICAVs) and trusts to maintain a record of beneficial owners on Thursday 16 September at 11am.

At this webinar, our speakers looked back at the first two years of the operation of the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Companies and Industrial and Provident Societies, focusing on how the register has operated from a practical perspective. Our speakers also discussed the practical operation of the new regulations for ICAVs and the content and likely application of the new regulations for Trusts.
