The next in our Employment Law Top Tips Seminar Series for 2013 takes place on Thursday, 3 October at 7.30am in our offices at South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4.
At our previous Employment Law Top Tips Seminars, we focused on employer concerns, and more particularly on how employers conduct disciplinary investigations and manage poor performance.
However, like all relationships, the employment relationship is a two-way street, so for this seminar we will focus on how employers deal with employee complaints.
Employee complaints are inevitable. Whether it’s a complaint of bullying or harassment, or a grievance regarding excessive workload, unfair treatment or working relationships, it is essential when investigating complaints that employers follow fair procedures and adhere to the principles of natural justice.
Our seminar is geared towards highlighting the most common pitfalls we have seen in practice and outlining our top tips on how to investigate an employee complaint.
