The New Companies Act 2014 Seminar

We held a breakfast briefing on the Companies Act 2014 at the Marker Hotel on Tuesday 10 March 2015.

The Companies Act 2014, which consolidates and reforms Irish company law, will be commenced as of 1 June 2015, with a further 18-month transitional implementation period. At this seminar we focused on what the new act means for companies and also looked at the steps you will need to take in order to be compliant.
