The Personal Insolvency Act represents a radical overhaul and modernisation of personal insolvency law in Ireland and introduces a comprehensive and tiered regime aimed at addressing personal insolvency in new ways. Our speakers addressed over 200 attendees on how the act will operate as well as key changes to existing work practices.
