IPFA Ireland: Developing and Financing Ireland’s Water Infrastructure

Event Date:

We are delighted to host this IPFA Ireland Briefing which will be hosted at our offices on Barrow Street, Dublin 4.

Irish Water is now the new national water services authority of Ireland, tasked with driving improvements in water services and providing security of water supply.

Implementing these objectives will require significant investment. A new funding model has been introduced, based on domestic and non-domestic water charges and Irish Water borrowing on capital markets.

This session will consider the challenges in financing and rolling out this level of development across the system and also the opportunities that this major infrastructural investment will present.
