Event Date: 26 March 2020

Our conference on Investigations and Corporate Crime which was due to take place on Thursday 26 March in association with the Association of Corporate Investigators (ACI) has been postponed. We will share details of the rescheduled date as soon as possible.

Organisations face increasing responsibilities regarding their regulatory obligations. Companies are reviewing their internal procedures and updating their compliance programmes in line with the Corruption Act 2018 and Irish regulatory authorities demand wider supervisory mandates and enhanced enforcement powers. International regulatory cooperation has reached unprecedented levels, with high standards now expected of Irish-based businesses. • Cyber Security and Risk: How to React in the Event of a Breach

  • Recurring Issues and Obstacles in investigations: Privilege, Internal and External Reporting, Whistleblowing and Individual Rights
