We were pleased to host our first In-House Counsel Masterclass of 2019 on Thursday 10 January.
Our panel of speakers addressed the impact of GDPR on organisations, including an analysis of recent guidance and current practices along with a review of the effect of GDPR on subject access requests. They also looked at the new Irish Network and Information Systems Regulations and the obligations they create for organisations.
