We will host a seminar looking at the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from an employer's perspective on Wednesday 21 February in our offices on Barrow Street, Dublin 4. With the deadline for the new GDPR coming down the tracks in 2018, the focus on how companies use data has never been stronger.

At this seminar, Melanie Crowley, Partner & Head of Employment Law & Benefits, and Philip Nolan, Partner & Head of Privacy and Data Security, will discuss the steps that have to be taken in advance of its introduction on May 2018, from reviewing and enhancing existing practices to appointing a Data Protection Officer.
