Our first in-depth training session of 2019 for Company Directors will take place on Thursday 9 May in our offices on Barrow Street. This session will be facilitated by lawyers from our internationally recognised Corporate Governance and Compliance Team and will cover the legal and practical aspects the statutory duties of directors under both the Companies Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
